Yes, that is my Ogio Trucker bag strapped awkwardly to the seat of my 2012 Kawasaki Versys 1000.

It can only mean one thing.

For the next few weeks I will be away from my desk, taking part in what is arguably my greatest motorcycle adventure yet.

Here’s a hint: Gobi Desert.

As I understand it, Wi-Fi access isn’t great where I’m going, so I’m not even bothering to bring my laptop. As such, I’m afraid the blog will be silent until I return on 24 September. I look forward to telling you all about it.
